There are many good algo trading strategies

But i think that a portfolio of trading strategies is a better choice (Diversification)

A strategy does not work all the times. On some day one strategy (trend following) will work and on some days other strategy(strategy that works in range bound market) may work.

So one can deploy equal capital in two three or even more strategies

For example – One can deploy some capital in ORB strategy and some capital in day high day low strategy

Another example – For option traders they can deploy capital in monthly calendar spreads, weekly call put spreads, ratio spreads, iron condors etc (on different instruments)
