Its part of my mission to share the power of the breath – this powerful force thats ‘right under your nose’ – with as many people as possible.

I’ll share how you can effectively share the power of the breath with your friends (so that they are open to hearing about the things you know will help them, instead of putting up a wall of cynicism) family (so they too are receptive to the amazing things you want to share with them), as well as your kids (so that they actually want to participate instead of rebelling against it.)
